We charge a flat rate of $1,000 for most projects under $5,000,000. This includes the Plan Review and On Site Inspection. NO TRAVEL FEES. We are in each major metro area every 6-8 weeks.
There is also a State Filing Fee of $175 paid to TDLR at the time of registration.
We can register the project for you, or you can register the project yourself here. Our RAS number is 1329. TDLR will send us an instant notification when you register a project with this number.
